Professional experiences

2007

Director of the Strategic Therapy Center of Fano (PU), affiliated to the Strategic Therapy Center of Arezzo, directed by Prof. Giorgio Nardone.

Researcher in partnership with the Strategic Therapy Center of Arezzo.

Presentation of the Brief Strategic Therapy Model (in English language), in cooperation with Dr. Christian Moretto, Family Counselling Specialist, at West Midtown Medical Group in New York City (USA).

Co-holder, together with Dr. Christian Moretto, of the plan of "Strategic Corporate Coaching" (participations of consulting, advising, supervision and formation in business field), ongoing in New York City.

Activity of consulting, formation and problem solving for the Companies New Relax (PU), B.E.C.A. (PU).

2006

• Cooperation with the ASAS team (Alcohol and Substance Abusive Services), at West Midtown Medical Group in New York City
• Planning and conduction of the courses on “Communication-relational technologies of know-how building for operators in a community”, at the Cante di Montevecchio Institute, Fano (PU).
• Planning and conduction of the training “Navighiamo…Libera.Mente”, about the human natural ability to solve psychological uneasiness in the mental interaction with sailing, at Porto Turistico Marina dei Cesari, Fano (PU).
• Teaching on the Psychological and Pedagogical area during the course for the attainment of the F.I.N. Licensing. for Swimming Instructor 1° level, at the provincial CONI centre (PU).
• Charge of Tutor of the students of different High schools in Fano (PU), for a formative stage promoted by Centro Servizi Volontariato.

2004

• Four years school of Specialization in Brief Strategic Psychotherapy (finalized to the qualification to the exercise of the profession of Psychotherapist), by the Centre of Strategic Therapy in Arezzo, directed by Prof. Giorgio Nardone.

2003 – 2006

• Professional apprenticeship (400 hours) by the Sanitary District of Pergola - ASUR 3 of Fano (PU), as Advisor Psychologist, with the following duties:
• Individual psychotherapy sessions
• Planning and carrying out of training courses on communication strategies, turned to teachers and parents
• Coordination and management of thematic meetings for parents.

2003

Qualification to the exercise of the profession of Psychologist (registration to the Professional bulletin-board by the Order of the Psychologists of the Region Marche n962).

2002

• Apprenticeship psychological training and orientation (280 hours) by the Territorial Centre for the employment in Arezzo, with the following duties:

  • Planning of the phases of the service of orientation and of training

2001 - 2002

• Post graduate degree training in Clinical and General Psychology at the Centre of Strategic Therapy in Arezzo, directed by Prof. Giorgio Nardone.

• Bachelor in Psychology with specialization in “work team and Organizations”, achieved at the University of Studies of Urbino; title of the thesis: Strategic Problem solving in Organizations.
