Strategic Coaching and Corporate Consulting is qualified to provide managers and staff the following 4 intervention modalities and settings: Consulting, supervision, coaching, and training.

Consulting for resolving organizational, communicational and relational problems within the work team, and externally, with beneficiaries of the service

Supervision of individuals or working groups inside the company. The supervision focuses on resolving problems, or providing guidance to identify objectives and develop the right strategies to reach them, while focusing on the specific themes (communication, strategic dialogue, client relationship, etc)

Training with specific modules designed for the various professional roles and/or targets.

Coaching: for individuals or groups, to develop participants’ hidden or unexpressed potential and to guide them in selecting their objectives and finding the personal resources and correct strategies to reach these objectives.
